Every four years, registered Republican voters elect representatives by Supervisor District to serve on the Republican Central Committee.  These are leaders who register and inform voters, recruit and support Republican candidates.  Learn about your current Central Committee at SVGOP.com and please vote by March 5th!

Jayne Ham

Jayne Ham is a business owner and longtime resident of Santa Clara County.  She supports fiscal responsibility and transparency in governance, crime enforcement and parental rights.  Jayne is the current president of SPARC (South Peninsula Area Republican Coalition www.sparcgop.org).  She is a current California state delegate and past national delegate in the Republican Party.

Chuck Page

Chuck Page is a current City Councilman and former Mayor of the City of Saratoga.  He served as the president of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce from 2020-2023 where he led efforts to sustain the local business community through the COVID 19 pandemic.  In Saratoga, he chaired the Wildfire Safety Task Force and has served on the Planning Commission and the Public Safety Task Force.

Chuck serves on the Republican Central Committee of Santa Clara County and was the Republican nominee for California State Senate in 2016.  Chuck has been a Saratoga Rotarian since 2000 and was President of Saratoga Rotary in 2018-19.

Chuck has a B.S. in Mathematics and Business Administration, started his career at IBM in New Jersey and held executive positions at IBM, Microsoft and several Computer Sales companies.  He took his technical and sales experience into the Recycling and Waste Management industry before starting his own business in the financial services industry.

Luis Buhler

Luis Buhler has worked as Chief Financial Officer for both technology companies and non-profits. He chaired Audit Committee for the California Republican Party and currently serves on the finance and candidate development committees for the Santa Clara County Republican Central Committee.   Appointed by Governor Pete Wilson, Luis served as Deputy Secretary for Economic Development of the California Trade and Commerce Agency

Luis played a key role in campaign to pass Proposition 54, the California Legislature Transparency Act. This initiative required the California Legislature to record of all of its public meetings and make those recordings available to the public. It also required all bills to be in print for 72 hours prior to the final vote.

As publisher of BayAreaGOP.com, Luis provides a political website that features events and news of interest to Republicans in the San Francisco & Monterey Bay Area.  He also serves as the volunteer CFO of the Lincoln Club of Northern California, the Treasurer of the California Congress of Republicans.

Nick Rajkovich

Nick Rajkovich is a candidate for Santa Clara County GOP Central Committee from Supervisor District 5. He is proud to claim his status as a 5th generation San Josean and a lifelong San Jose resident, currently residing in Almaden Valley with his wife and one year old son. 

Nick’s worldview is informed by an atypical constellation of life experiences over his 38 years. He has enjoyed living in new and exciting places, especially the time spent living in Los Angeles for his undergrad education. He grew up immersed in his family’s businesses which has given him a unique perspective on how the various regions in California function and interact with one another. 

Working in his family’s operations across multiple sectors ranging from real estate development to fruit and nut farming and packing lends him a broad perspective.

John Ruckstuhl

John Ruckstuhl is a candidate for Santa Clara County GOP Central Committee, Supervisorial District 5. John and his wife reside in Cupertino, where they raised their three children. John is an electrical engineer, specializing in precision manufacturing of medical devices. John’s interests are education, economics, and public safety. He will continue working to ensure the GOP is making good decisions at the local level.
